Any of those Studs under 25?
BYUs top 3: 3,14,17
NAUs top 3: 18,28,31
BYUs 4/5: 36,39
NAU’s 4/5: 40,46
NAUs top 3 choked bad
Dang, Drew Bosley was the #1 NAU guy as a freshman but still only got 22nd place.
BYU ran very well today, but NAU had three scorers that were freshmen in the 18-19 range with juniors and seniors that are around 21-22
Compare to BYU's 1-2-3 , which had a 23 year old soph, and two seniors that graduated from hs in 2013
At the end of the day, they're all young men out there racing for the same glory. The age doesn't matter in the heat of battle
Your opponent may have some more lifetime miles in their legs but you've trained harder and smarter to beat them.
All these young promising frosh will sure as hell do so.
Spencer Brown(Athlete Special) gets 205th ?
Mormon magic . Joseph Smith really did get a message from God .
NAU’s upperclassmen really crapped the bed today.
The freshmen ran well - they’re freshmen and you don’t expect them to be the top guys or in the top 10.
This one’s on the SRs and JRs.
Fire Mike Smith. He needs to go
Connor Mantz finished like a MAN .. BYU Holding it down for their first-ever NCAA XC Championships! Amazing Coach and ton of depth on the team. Casey Clinger coming soon too..!

For going 1st - 1st - 2nd in 3 years?
surprisingly BYU won with only 1 old guy on their team. Props to them!

Mods, please delete this post. My confirmation bias can't handle it.
Guess sprinting home at Mountain regionals while the Colorado guys and Mantz cruised in wasn’t a good idea.
NAU had a bad day and not one of them had a really good day, so maybe they were sick or maybe tired after going too hard last week, but keep it in perspective, they ran 4 freshmen and still were second, and Grijalva, Beamish, and Ferro, their experienced guys, ran way, way below their capacities. BYU earned 2nd with a decent performance relative to their abilities (look at their winning score) but NAU gave it to them. Nevertheless, NAU had a great season up to this meet and should be a powerhouse in the next three years with those four frosh getting a lot better. Props to BYU nevertheless. I thought no way NAU would lose and BYU win but they did it.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year

Guys between age of 45 and 55 do you think about death or does it seem far away
