My name is Andre’ Thompson Jr. and I am in my 3rd year of running in College. I saw a lot of progression last year in running last year but I want more. My pr’s are as listed
400 split: 50
800 split: 1:57.9
1500: 4:10
1600: 4:36
3200: 10:18
5000: 17:00
8000: 28:30
10000: 37:16
I know my distance prs aren’t all that I need to work on that but I think my prs from 3200 and under are okay. I would like input from anybody and everybody on what workouts and what things I can do strengthen myself to beat that 4:00. Thanks for all your input and vital information that you give me.
