Central Methodist University (NAIA)

Head Coach openings still at the above. Anyone know of anything or where they are in the process? Hiring within? Saw New England University hired a young female as their new head coach.
Kenyon University (NCAA DIII)
Newberry College (NCAA DII)
Both of these just opened. Anyone know about these?
I would assume Kenyon is looking for someone very experienced. Also most young people do not want to live in Gambier, Ohio...
Newberry just hired a head coach last year so I wonder what happened.

Lincoln memorial announced last week
Some of the jobs have been open for over month...Central Methodist and Robert Morris. Not many applicants for the those two jobs or taking their time finding the right hire?

Most universities are currently closed and/or have a hiring freeze due to budget cuts. Those with football are also prioritizing safely returning players to campus now for summer conditioning.
Don’t expect to see hiring of XC coach to be hire on the priority list.
If they were not going to hire right now then they wouldn’t advertise right now! But it Def could take longer! Also, Lincoln Memorial advertised for a Head Cross Country and Track Coach. Then they hired a XC and assistant track coach to current one. Strange.
And you think because one is mid aged or older they would want to live in Grambier Ohio?

Well I think someone settled down with a family might be more okay with it.
So everyone that is not younger is married and has kids?

Then they better pay 6 figures to attract someone with so much experience and a family so they can live with dignity.
No. Some guys just have nothing to offer and live life alone. Genetically inferior.
To add: SIU Edwardsville should have made a selection by now. From my knowledge they were expecting a lot from Block with minimal support. Any prospects?

My comment was “most young people do not want to live in Gambier” I never mentioned anything about kids or whether people that are not younger have kids. I have no idea what you are trying to get at.
The point of the comment is mainly to point out that most young people probably wouldn’t want to live in the middle of nowhere. A lot of younger people prefer to live near a city. That’s just an opinion I have. You don’t need to over analyze it.

What happened to the Newberry coach? He was just hired last year.
Gambier is less than an hour from Columbus.
Any word on the vacancy at Michigan Tech?

Unfortunately this is the wrong profession to get into if you don't want to live in a god-forsaken sh!t hole regardless of your age.
Olivet Nazarene head job open
When did Michigan Tech open?
Nothing officially posted. But old coach is gone.
