Unfortunately, I had to miss pretty much all of my xc season due to this injury. I got injured after increasing weekly mileage to 60mpw. I’ve been in a boot for about 3 weeks, and right now I’ve been 1 week off the boot and started to run just a little bit (as in 800 meters a day). When I was recently running for some reason it didn’t feel right, but while walking I’m perfectly
fine. I’m just worried that it hasn’t fully healed and I need some advice/guidance from people who have experienced this before.
