That's awesome. Schools can have a big impact on children's eating habits. So many of those children could realize they don't need meat and go vegetarian.

Why didn't they consult the Swedish prof who said last month we should consume human flesh to combat climate change?

I was vegan for two years until LRC convinced me I was being stupid. They were right. Now I'm pescatarian.

Depriving growing children of their primary ancestral and most nourishing foods is an insane socialist oppression and manipulation. Vegans want to outlaw meat, fish, eggs and dairy so they can shove their death kult agenda down our throats. I will fight them to my last breath. We will reclaim our food and our health one ex-vegan and one ex-communist at a time.

Why are they waiting two weeks??

It says they spent a whole year researching (major project), so just do it!

Don't forget that Sweden highly subsidizes parents dumping their children off at these state-run daycare/preschools (early indoctrination centers), and indeed taxes heavily one-income couples.

I can't think of a more meaningless pursuit than to combat vegans. Step away from the keyboard and go outside.

As someone who was vegetarian from age 15-29, I can say that it was the worst life choice I ever made. I am lucky to be alive past age 30. Vegetarian is just a slower posion against the need for proper human, animal-based nutrition.

It took many decades to remedy the damage, against prevailing tide of morally and scientifically bereft nutritional dogma pushing "whole foods/plant-based" eating.

My carnivore diet is about as "extreme" (to modern urban people, not our hunter-gatherer ancestors of millions of years) as veganism, but never would I impose it on others, and certainly not our youngest and most vulnerable. Hitler was a vegetarian, and hoped to convert Germans to meatlessness after his war of conquest, but even he was not this stupid or totalitarian. Sweden gets the Darwin award as Scandinavia's backwards, mentally-impaired sibling on this one.

Did you take B12 supplements? That is the only missing thing in vegan and vegetarian diets. I have been vegan for many years, never been healthier. I supplement B12 once a week.

I did. And a multivitamin. Supplemented B12 and "nooch."

Lost a lot of weight at first. Thought veganism was the best thing ever. About 16 months in I started feeling not the best. Couldn't really attribute it to anything. My teeth hurt. I didn't feel vibrant. More like a shell of my former self. My run times were fine.

Saw someone post on LRC that teeth are the first thing to go.

Didnt go vegan for religious of political reasons, just for the health benefits and I couldn't really justify those any longer. Happened to travel to a resort town and ate some seafood. Felt better. Teeth problems went away in weeks. Still concerned about long-term damage I may have caused. Been four months and haven't put on any weight and am consistently sticking to a diet of primarily vegetables and fish.

I really wonder if your story would be similar to mine. Maybe you never felt better because you forgot what feeling the best feels like.

I have a suspicion that most vegan proponents are actually secretly sneaking meat. A couple of high profile YouTube cases lately have indicated as much.

My biggest issues were the effects of high carb on metabolism and hyperinsulemia, iron anemia and fatigue, as well as fiber and plant toxins literally destroying my digestive system (other problems developed as a result, including heart issues later). Basically a system failure, despite supplementing and doing everything "right" (I have a degree in physiology).

One interesting thing was that I was losing my hairline all through my 20s. This stopped as soon as I resumed meat.

In sweden there is a saying; ”sköt du ditt” which basically means; ”if you don’t take care of your own s**t, shut the f up”.

Stop caring what we do in Sweden. At least we are doing something.

Yes you are doing "something". You are removing freedom and damaging children's development, all in the ineffectual worship and appeasement of your vengeful, make-believe god: "climate change". I never thought that there would ever be people more irrational and evil than religious fundamentalists, but it turns out that environmentalist fundamentalists are even worse.

Serving non-meat food to 1-6 year olds for lunch is not extreme in any measures. It will be evaluated by dietist and they can eat whatever they want when they arent in pre-school.
