I've been experiencing a chesty cough & blocked nose for a few days now. Thankfully it seems to be clearning, but I tried to run yesterday and my endurance was terrible. Wheezing, out of breath even at a relaxed pace.
Should I rest up, or just get my gear on and go out for a run anyway. I could go and run, but yeah, just looking for some advice from people who know more about this sort of thing.
