went from nothing to 40 miles a week for the last 4 weeks in 3 months....
the legs feel stronger, the shoes last longer, and everything was going well, but the knees have begun to hurt on the inside of the kneecap. both knees. never had a single problem running before, (the break i took was from 12 years of running), decided to get into minimalistic shoes, and see what happened.
I think it's over for me.
