There's plenty of people like that. Some of them have really bad taste, like looking over your shoulder, seeing what they think you're looking at, and make a comment or even then talk about it with others, particularly if they think it's "juicy". Don't worry about it.

Three possibilities:

I hate shared office spaces. I have similar coworkers. One I think just likes to talk so will comment about anything I have up. I don’t mind this much. The other definitely has some social retardation and feels the need to know about whatever everyone else is working on, which gets pretty annoying. I suppose these are common traits.

Put something horrible up there, they will stop doing it.

I have PornHub up all the time.

Switch to a tab that says, "DON'T BE NOSY!" whenever they're close to you.

Or just say, "I feel that's rude for you to constantly look at my screen."

Do a google image search for "suicide by high caliber weapon." Take the nastiest result and set it as your desktop. When the busybody looks over your shoulder, minimize your browser window and let her have a week of nightmares.

Great idea. I would most definitely have one in an office with others around.

Privacy screen protectors have a special filter (the privacy filter) that allows light to pass through to a narrow front angle, letting you see everything clearly, while people next to you are unable to see the content of your screen. All they see is a darkened/blackened screen. The viewing angle is straight on, but not form the sides. Privacy filters are an easy way of keeping people from seeing your screen.
