Ciara O’Lionaird didn’t join NOP until after Daegu. It was his performance at the Daegu World Champs that got him in.

No, the reticulocytes went up, not the Hct. So it wasn't altitude either.
But this fits with Farah's and Rupp's likely doping status in 2015/16. Here's to hoping that those values get leaked too!
This just proves that testing systems in the countries that so sanctimoniously point fingers at Kenya, for catching actual cheats, are woefully inadequate and can’t be trusted. The WADA report revealed that Kenyan dopers are likely to get caught because their methods are crude and unsophisticated, but what happens western dopers who evade detection with the backing of cutting-edge science easily available to them?
"...somewhat leaves more questions than it answers ... anonymous ... indicates they may have ... we have no clue ..."
That pretty much sums it up for now.
Why would you feel sorry for her?
Again with the ”anonymous” nonsense ? Show me where, in the article, they mention anonymous.

Anonymous to you, not the journalists... you know... like your dad is anonymous to you.
Does this move the US ahead of Russia in distance running doping?
1) Ethiopia/Kenya
2) Middle East/Turkey
3) Morocco/Algeria
4) USA
5) Russia

El K in 2011 "Kenyans don't dope!!!!"
El K in 2015 "only no name Kenyans runners dope"
El K in 2017 "this can't be happening, it must be a setup!"
El K in 2018 "I'm outta here, I can't take all these Kenyan busts"
El K in 2019 "everyone is doping but only Kenyans are getting caught"
If it's not Ciaran then for sure it's Galen.
I posted this article yesterday in the main NOP thread. My guess is that it’s Rupp.

I don't think he did very well at Daegu?

I guess Lee is wrong about the number of NOP athletes being 4 US and up to 2 international then? Because Ciaran and Mo are the two international, but that means there are 2 Americans missing unless he's counting Centro and someone else. I find it unlikely though that Kara went through a whole USADA investigation without that coming out, they said it wasn't Mo, I'd think they'd have Galens name all over this if it was him, so I guess it's Ciaran? He did make a "no regrets" post on instagram the other day about NOP and is on Nikes payroll now, so it wouldn't be too shocking.
I guess Mr. Troop is desperate for attention, wants to be a self proclaimed expert , everything we see here is assumption.
Remember if any of these athletes would have tested positive we would know about it.
No NOP athlete has ever tested positive .
If you have hard evidence that was missed during the investigation I would suggest you put it on the table or quit the assumption game just to be heard.

Listen you British Twit, everyone knows you are right up there.
Anyone remember Rupps unexceptional performances during his first two years of college. He was mediocre, middle of the pack. Then suddenly he started to contend and dominate.
This dude has very likely been on a smorgasbord of supplements since high school.
Is he doped, without a doubt. But with what and to what extent, these are questions.

Nothing about what I posted then?
Anyone know what the drink mentioned in the article is?
Weeks before the 2011 World Championships, in an email sent by Barry Fudge, now UKA's head of endurance, he instructed Farah to start taking a controversial sports drink.
Fudge states that the drink, while it is not a doping agent, 'can't legally' be sold to the public because 'the sodium content is too high'. He presents the drink as having similar benefits to those of a banned doping method.
In a later email Salazar confirms Farah has benefited from the drink and he instructs other NOP athletes to starting taking it in combination with an L-carnitine infusion to increase performance.
