What is better to do and focus on? Lifting weights or running??? I have done both and given it my all in both which came at the expense of the other one. I've been a die hard runner and somebody who wasn't very powerful or aesthetic in the body. And I've been a gym guy who is strong, but my running times suffered.
I think lifting weights was better for me due to various reasons
-way more attractive to women
-feel and look powerful and fit
-way better body from lifting than running
-increased confidence
-clothes fit better
-more of a lifetime activity
-easier on knees
-better for testosterone
-for you older guys it can combat erectile dysfunction
-you don't have to freeze your ass off of in January
-faster metabolism
-nobody cares about how fast you are after university
-you can't make money off of running unless you are elite and world class
