What's the big deal? So if they paid a professional for this advice, it's ok, but it's not from a trusted advisor that also knows a little sump'in about running?

What is your name, and what school do you coach at?

My coach helps the men on the team hit on the women on the team. He's telling them what to say and do in order to get in our pants. It's really creepy. This seems like some sort of sexual harassment to me. Is this something that should be reported to the Athletic Director?
Please tell us what school this has happened at, and don't keep it covered up, because that's the only way that the bad behavior gets a foothold and continues.
This is a serious matter, and should not be allowed to continue.

You should report it to your Title IX coordinator in confidence. They'll investigate. If you report it you've done the right thing.
It's pretty bad. Stand up for yourself now, otherwise it will just get worse.
Lemme guess... Junior College

I got a big one on the line! Think they swallowed the hook! I'll have to keep it. No catch and release today, boys!
Confront the man first and let him know how unprofessional it is . Also be clear that you and the women lose respect for him when he acts like that . Do not go over his head without confronting him first . If things do not change or he does not apologize then go over his head

Be sure to record him if you do this. Then you'll have more evidence to report him.

Most athletic directors would just try to cover it up.
You could report there first, and be prepared to go higher when nothing is done.

Don't do this. Report it to the Title IX coordinator in confidence.
Going directly to someone first is a good principle for interpersonal relationships. This is is not that. He is in a position of authority over you.

Wait until he is up for a supreme court nomination and then call your senator.

Me thinks the Op is just fishing. If "she" was really a she and was really offended, she would be bright enough to know A) not to seek advice in here, and B) her course of action would have already taken place.
But, then again, it's just some person fishing.
Probably the best answer.
Earnest gets second place.
I agree with others that it's best to talk to the coach first. You might do that with teammates away
from the other athletes.
Why do you hate your coach?

I completely agree with this.
#1- Title IX coordinator;
#2- College President;
#3- Continue to record incidents, and build a groundswell of support in the meantime.

#1- Dunes, you are cracking us all up.
#2- This isn't a serious post. No self respecting female college athlete would come on here.
#3- This almost reads like the intro to a Hustler Forum.

I seriously hope that you're not a real coach.
