I notice a lot of people on here run 6 or 7 days per week. My schedule only allows me to run 5 days, once in a while can squeeze in a 6th. Wondering how to get the most out of it. Goal is to improve endurance and speed (new runner here, 31 y/o).
Is running 60-90 minutes 5 mornings a week good? Is running 90 minutes multiple times a week a bad idea?
I have been running 45-60 mins most days but slowly working up to longer runs. Just got back from a 70 min run which is my longest ever.
Is adding a double or two on my lunch break beneficial? The sweatiness factor is not too appealing but I’m not against it either.
