He has always been muscle bound, and to be honest it hasn’t brought him any success. He is far too heavy, even for a sprinter!
Ok, so let athletes dope, but only those who won't win WC or Olympics

Whenever reports such as this emerge the typical response, which we see in these threads, is that everybody else is doping, too. If that is so, then why aren't reports like this appearing about all those other countries? But we aren't seeing those reports. Some countries - like some sports - appear to dope more than others.
Like the former Eastern Bloc, like China, like Russia - and, apparently, like Kenya. That doping can be found in other countries as well doesn't alter the fact that some are worse offenders than others.
But in Kenya is simple. You get EPO you get busted. In NOP we still don't know if everything that they do is legal or not
Ethiopia is the country you should really be concerned about. Funny how they are not on your radar. It is possible that Kenya is cleaner than Ethiopia now.
the secret was epo all along wrote:

I don't think so
That's weird. WADA has lab even in Thailand but they don't have one in Ethiopia

That brand new WADA-accredited state-of-the-art lab in Nairobi (PLK) is supposed to be also handling all testing for Ethiopia, Uganda & Tanzania.

If it is so hard to dope, why this guy is still competing as clean athlete???

So you struggle to find actual British athletes caught doping, and very hard indeed to find British middle-distance runners who have ever failed a test, so you post a picture of a minor British sprinter from a few years back who never failed a test, but who has a buff bod (which as Deano points out, didn't even help his sprinting)?
I'm a white dude nearly 50, never taken any kind of ped in my life - I don't even take creatine anymore - but if I stopped running more than 20 miles a week and just lifted my 3 pairs of home dumbells 6 times a week like I used to, within a few months I'd have people assuming I was on steroids - as they used to before I took up running and stopped lifted so much (mostly at home).
This guy was/is likely in the top 0.0001% of genetic specimens. It's very easy for me to believe that for such a person it's possible to obtain such a physique if he spends half his day lifting weights and the other half doing explosive sprinting drills.
Maybe if he had been running 9.8 seconds with a physique like that, but he wasn't.
Not saying he wasn't microdosing on anything, - at it appears a hell of a lot of world class sprinters are (and many get caught) - but to use his 'example' to try to claim that British distance runners are as juiced as Kenyans is sad and pathetic.
You're right he looks natural.
I'm not writing that every kenyan athletes is clean and it's impossible to know how many of them aren't. I saw people calling Rhonex Kipruto doping cheat there. Why? Only because he's kenyan? There a lot of clean kenyan athletes too and you can't just say "He's doping, because he lives and trains in Kenya".
What about british Mo Farah? We will probably never know if he was clean or not. He was clean or he used doping smartly to not get banned. I don't know.

Problem with Rhonex is that he's an obvious age cheater.
So he clearly has no problem with cheating. Who's his agent/coach/manager/doctor? Isn't he Rosa linked?

According to this article in Athletics Weekly, he has a 'myostatin deficiency' which results in very low body fat and increased muscle size.
:)
I do know that they are experimenting on blocking myostatin and when they've performed the experiments on animals they turn so muscle bound that not even steroids could match it.
Dude really should be a bodybuilder.

This is my favorite 100% clean british sprinter.
El K, do you seriously think it is as easy to dope in western countries than it is in 3rd world countries? Sure at the top of the list, people have connections and can dope more easily i.e. NOP. But groups like that are far and few between.
Yes I suspected that AIII was really El Keniano yesterday (or ex runner or both).

There's an obvious reason for that
https://youtu.be/pvzLd26qSLcno,nobody can get a physique like that, naturally.hes on a cocktail of bulking, and cutting steroids, plus probably human growth hormones.his trapezius muscles stick up in a way that is matched only by steroid assisted competitive bodybuilders, his delts are huge, round and very capped, his upper body is too wide for his torso, and he has the v shape of a roid user.plus theres the veins sticking out in his arms, and his lats pop out.you cannot get like that by lifting weights, and doing drills alone.he isnt micro dosing at all.hes taking much higher doses of drugs, and not being caught.
Nothing is uncovered here. It's shoddy journalism. Who is the 'runner' admitting to doping? Why is the doctor's face blanked out? How do we know it's EPO? Pathetic.
The bigger question is how come the Brits, particularly certain Scots, are now competing with and beating some of the supposed doping Kenyans? Must be the Irn bru, the haggis, and the penchant for tweeting about body image and menstruation that makes them worldbeaters.

You do know what the risks are when athletes and doctors call out dopers in their midst - particularly in the Third World? Some of the Russian whistleblowers had to go into hiding in other countries. Ann Shirley, the Jamaican whistleblower, received death threats also. Yet you think they should reveal themselves - and thus become likely targets for retribution. Yes, your comments are "pathetic".
Oh right, you're an expert on the 'Third World'.
Show me where Al Jazeera uncovers doping among leading Kenyan athletes. Seriously, show me.
What we have is somebody purporting to be a runner, saying that they have doped. We have somebody claiming to be a chemist, saying they've personally doped 6 runners. Why was the chemist sent to buy EPO? Surely, if he's a chemist and dishing it out, he has it readily available.
There's nothing uncovered here. Anybody could have banged out this guff, and you know it too.
