Does anyone know the specifics of Joshua Cheptegei’s training?
Are all his easy runs really slow around 10:00-10:30 mile pace or is that just for the Wednesday morning easy run?
What is typically the pace of his moderate run on Monday morning?
What type of track workouts, fartleks, and tempo runs does he perform (distance, pace, rest, time, etc.)?
What type of core exercises does he perform?
What types of stretches does he perform?
