Alright, we've all heard the wisdom on retiring a pair of running shoes at 300-500 miles. It's easy to notice some loss of cushion at 100 and 200 miles too.
Personally, I stop using shoes around 300 miles because I can start feeling it in my knees (or maybe it's just psychological?). But I wish I could use them until 400, 500, or 600 because then it would be easier on my wallet.
