Seemed pretty hyped up about it too. PB for him.
If you follow his IG, you'll quickly notice that his spelling is as bad as the Brojos.
Wondering what % of picks had Fred to win in the contest? Not like Norman ran a bad race, Fred with the upset of the meet in a hell of a time!

"i may be a 30yo 19 minute 5ker in my mom's basement who has never had sex, but at least i can flex that my grammar is better than someone who has more athletic ability in his pinky than my entire body"
weird dude.
go Fred!
Did he go to Princeton or Yale?

Kerley is looking good. If he runs like that at Worlds he’s got the gold.

Flex? He writes like a 3rd grader. Get as angry as you want, but that's a fact.

I thought Norman looked sluggish but the time says otherwise and chasing a 43.5 will do that to you.
Congrats to Kerley!

Ivy League is full of duds and is no guarantee/assurance of intellect.

That's hirony (irony to the point of being hilarious).
Maybe running 43.45 in April isn't such a good idea either - where do you go from there the rest of the season. The 400 (unlike the 400H) is a little weak these days with no K.James, and WVN coming back from injury, so these two should dominate at world's anyway. But MN isn't guaranteed gold as he was in April.
This should be the rivalry everyone was anticipating. Kerley was smart to leave the holistic, preachy salesmen at Altis and go back to his uní.
Great run from Kerley.
Norman looked hurt throughout the competition. No different in the final. If he heals before Doha he might run a WR.
Why the hate for Altis?
Not hate, just mocking their approach. Endlessly selling and their entire crew are the ultimate philosophy kings on Twitter. Lastly, their involvement with the biggest huckster in the fitness world, Brian MacKenzie, undermines their whole sales job. Yet, it shows they are chasing the $.
WVN's injury took some luster out of the event, no doubt, but make no mistake that the 400m is not down. Today, you had two guys running way under 44. In 2018-19, you've had at least six other performances under 44.10 already with World's and many big meets still to come. In that USA final alone, you had a race the quality of almost any world or Olympic final with all but one athlete under 45 and two guys well under 44.
Norman ran his 43.45 in perfect conditions in Torrance, CA just a few miles down the freeway from where he lives. Losing to Kerley was the best thing to happen to him as he trains for Worlds. As it was, there was nobody in the world even close to him. Now, with Kerley regaining form the 2 of them will push each other and field a great 4x4 relay.
Norman has been injured. He didn't run for several days leading into worlds.
Just watch his post-race interview. He gets into it a bit but doesn't make excuses.
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
