John Lennon said something to the effect that life happens to you while you're planning it out. This plan should be seen similarly, meaning this is simply a skeleton outline that the Spirit will give flesh to. Also, before I lay this down, I'd like to acknowledge that the written word is static and therefore limiting, but i'd like to get constructive criticism as a close friend of mine is moving in with me in mid-may and i'd like to make a nice presentation for a training outline to him.
The New Moon, Day 1 - Fast...this day is dedicated to achieving maximal efficiency over the following 27 days and is also a great day for rest and rejuvenation. Purists may gawk, but the subject is welcome to vegetable juices througout the day if this makes the day of fasting more enjoyable and productive in the long run. A light sauna at dawn, and then again at dusk, is highly advisable, as this will greatly help pull out toxins, which reduces efficiency, and is much less stressful on the body than working out. Some form of UV treatment is also highly advisable on this day, as energy levels will naturally be a bit lower, and our Father Sun will help you feel more invigorated and closer to nature. Your Father is not to be feared so long as you abide the rules of your Earth Mother. Nude sun bathing is optimal, as testosterone increases when natural UV light reaches the genitals, however if this is not an option, a sun bed may work instead. A massage is likely to release additional toxins that will be swept out later on. A colonic shall be scheduled for late in the day, in fact as late as your therapist will schedule a treatment. By doing this later in the day your body will have accumulated more "crap" and the colonic will be more effective. Staying busy throughout the day, so long as it is not vigorous activity, will generally make for a more enjoyable and successful fast. This is the one day in the lunar cycle that I feel an ejaculation (obviously this is geared towards men) is acceptable. Ones sexuality should not be renounced totally, but be careful to not indulge. For the other 27 days, keeping your vital energy within you is highly advantageous to overall physcial, mental, spiritual, (etc.) progress.
Day 2 - As on all successive days, subject is to arise pre-dawn. Something to the likes of oatmeal, which has decent bulk and moves through the digestive tract well, may be consumed. It has little nutritional value, but helps with regularity of excretion which is essential for peak performance. A teaspoon or more of super green food, which is a vital bacteria for optimal nutrient absorption and assimilation (available at rawfood.com) is highly recommended to be added to the oatmeal and later in the day to salads. The fruit of the day, which will correspond to one of the seven colors of the rainbow, each color corresponding to one day of the week, may also be consumed with this first meal of the day. Keep the fruit light however, as it doesn't like to be eaten with too many other foods. As all meals are to be, please consider eating this meal outside, standing straight up and still like a tree so that the digestive tract is not kinked, but instead in optimal alignment, barefoot on some sort of Earthen material, wearing a mindfold (available at alexgrey.com) and 30dB reduction ear muffs for maximal chewing awareness. Drink upon arising instead of with the meal as liquids decrease digestion efficiency. If what you are eating requires liquid to get it down, then it is too dry to be eating anyways. This is the only meal i'm suggesting at this time in this plan.
Before each workout one should again wear the mindfold and visualize the workout, at times moving eyes counterclockwise, clockwise, in geometrical patterns, and at times completely still. Preferably this is to be done sitting down, lotus or ancient Egyptian style, whichever the subject finds most comfortable. Duration should be such that the entire workout is seen before it is manifested physically.
Workout 1 is shortly after breakfast and is a light 30 - 60 minute pool workout. This will set the stage for the rest of the day to be consciously moving from the core. Workout 2 is a run lasting 45 - 90 minutes done so that the middle of the workout will correspond with the sun being at the azimuth (correct me if i'm wrong but I believe this is the technical term for "high noon"). If it is too hot then the run and the swim time should be swapped. Workout 3, if energy levels are still high during the pm, is to be a light 30 - 60 minute bike ride, possibly on a stationary bike wearing the mindfold once again. Delving into the mind is a great way to visualize better and this workout is intended to decrease resistance to energy and therefore increase peak turnover, for all forms of movement, not just on the bike.
Apporximately 6 - 12 oz. of fresh pressed vegetable juice will be consumed after each workout, followed by food uptake approximately 20 - 30 minutes afterwards.
Napping longer than one hour a day on a regular basis is not advisable. Occasionally it will need to be done of course. Intuition tells me that needing more than this amount of napping should indicate the individual is overtraining. Another thought intuited is that if one is not dreaming vividly on a regular basis when attention is trying to be put there, than the subject is likely overtraining. When taxed heavily the mind hasn't the energy to dream. Total sleep for the day should end up in about a 2:1 awake:asleep ratio.
Left over personal time is just that, however it would be beneficial to take part in activity that stimulates awareness and is not directly related to athletics.
On a nightly basis the suana should be visited to produce a light sweat. One should see this helps increase the intensity of the dream experience. Dreaming should not be overlooked, as it is akin to being able to take a heavy hallucinogen on a daily basis while still keeping ones sobriety, which is where functional power lies. This is an incredible tool for training insight and energy body awareness. I'm still new to the game, and am wondering if anybody out there has any friends that are lucid dreamers that could add insight for us.
Day 3 - Similar to day 2, but a singing lesson is to be incorportated into the personal time. Singers have greater awareness of the breath and how to manipulate it, and therefore have a lot to offer to the open minded athlete. Any singers out there care to give us workouts?
Weight work is to replace the pm bike workout. Exercises are to be picked based off of a semi-nude monthly body analysis. Pictures are needed for adequate observation. A front, back, and both sides of the profile are needed of the subject in three positions, the anatomical position, standing with arms parrallel to the ground, and standing with arms overhead perpendicular to the ground. Gazing at these photographs will reveal what exercises are needed to be done to bring maximal amounts of energy to the core. The crossing of the eyes, if the individual is open to this, is highly recommended to achieve a sacred geometrical alignment of the body.
Day 4 - Similar to day 2, but ballet lessons are to cut into ones personal time. Ballet cultivates ones feminine energy, efficiency, feel, and ultimately potential for explosiveness and creation.
Nude sun bathing will also be incorporated into the day.
Day 5 - Repeat of day 2.
Day 6 - Repeat of day 3.
Day 7 - Repeat of day 2, plus UV treatment.

Day 13 - Long ride today. Riding from Eugene to Breitenbush Hot Springs, which is approximately 120 miles. No other forms of training are required for this day.
Day 14 - At Breitenbush, absorbing energy of the old growth forests. Training is optional and massage is highly recommended. Light activity to be ready for next day's ride home.
Day 15 - Ride from Breitenbush back to Eugene. Possibly a pm swim to relieve the muscles of unwanted accumulates.
