It was a good night for the BTC in the 1500s as Olympic champion Matthew Centrowitz got a dominant win the men's 1500 and Elise Cranny ran a big pb of 4:06.03 to win the women's 1500, picking up the IAAF standard in the process (previous pb of 4:08.99).
In the women's 5000, the Nike Oregon Project's Shannon Rowbury used a 68.66 final lap to get the 15:22 IAAF standard with a 15:19.14. Stephanie Garcia just missed the standard. Needing a 70.08 on the final lap, she only managed a 75.33 ad ran 15:27.25.
