He had the second fastest time of the day but the only faster time (10.21) had some big wind.

It will be Matt Boling vs Oblique "baby Yohan Blake" Seville vs the Cuban boy Fernandez. Boling is the oldest, as Seville and Fernandez are first year juniors.
Seville is lefting Calabar HS, and probably signing a multi year shoe contract. His Calabar teammate Michael Stephens (10.20 PB) also will be in the finals.
Is Boling entered in 4x400 relay?
Yep, the battle should be between Boling and Seville for 1 and 2. Should be close
when is the final?
Euro U-20s was won in 10.44 (0.0)
Far cry from Lemaitre's 10.04 there.

In reality, how many over-age third worlders will Bolling and other Americans be facing in the Jr. Pan Ams? While not as bad as E. Africans, most third world nations do pack their teams with some questionable folks age wise. But in today's PC times that's to be expected, and sissy first worlders will let it go.
That worthes a 10'05 with the max allowable wind of 2m/s. 1m/s = 0,5s.

It is because times are PC, that he was still in HS the last season.
He has already turned 19, before competing in his first college meet.
How many first World countries allow pupils to be held back in h. school for non academic purposes?

Like Trentavis Friday - 10.00 who was a month past his 19th bday.
This was an under 20 comp though. All in good fun really. Most Most likely see a 9.95 legal next summer from Matthew, not nearly fast enough to Q for Olympics.
If it's +5 it's not a pr

Kid is going to run a 9.5 when he reaches maturity. The next big thing in track.
Solid result. We will see what happens.
Pro T&F is so full of vultures and cheat that I hope this guy stays clean and grounded.

There’s a chance he might not be clean already.
