Kejelcha can go sub27 for sure.
Interesting to see Barega in there. I'd assume Jenkins is a pacer?
Maybe Jenkins realizes that very few have the 10k standard so if he gets it he has a decent shot at making Worlds. Not a lot of turnaround time for USAs though...

And Gidey starting in the women’s 10k. Awesome to see, she is a beautiful runner to watch and such an exciting talent.
Ummmmm, why are the Ethiopian national championships in The Netherlands.
Interesting to see Tola in there. Curious to see what kind of shape Jeilan is in, too.

Budget cuts.
Here is the field.

Update: Thew women's race is at 2:05 pm and men's at 2:50 pm ET. It appears there will be a free live stream:

I imagine it wont be too fast since its unpaced.

It's always been a tradition. Most top Ethiopian athletes( Hale Geb, Kenenisa B ekele etc) have always been managed by Jos Herman. who is. based in and is from the Netherlands
On a side note, is Hagos Gebrhwet skipping this trials? Asking. because I see him entered in the 5000m at the London Diamond League on Sunday where 2646 10Ker man RHONEX Kipruto is making a Diamond League debut.

Only trials, not championships (those were held in Addis Ababa earlier this year). Nederlands because the event is organised by Global Sports (Hermens) according to this site (where you can also view start lists without having to navigate through three screenshots):
https://www.atletiek.nu/wedstrijd/atleten/32128/Thanks for the breakdown, but women's field is loaded as well, you should include it. I mean:
Letesenbet Gidey: 8:20/14:23
Tsehay Gemechu: 30:15
Netsanet Gudeta: 1:05:45
Zeineba Yimer: 1:05:46
Dera Dida: 2:21/Cross WC silver this year
Degitu Azimeraw: 1:06:07
Senbere Teferi: 14:23/1:05:45
etc
PS: Stretti's source is from here:
Is there a webcast available in the USA for this event?

Why would you assume that?

The Stadium in Addis has a track that is just a piece of crap, unbelievable for a country with all these great runners.
Yooooo, what the hell us Ronald Musagala doing in a 10k?!? ?
He’s the guy who finished behind Jakob in Monaco, he’s run like 3:30/3:31. Whatever it is, he’s got the Ugandan NR.
What do you think he can run? Is it even possible to train optimally for 1500/10000? I’m intrigued to see how he performs.

Alan Webb 27:32, considering he's Ugandan, I'm guessing 26:50.

Jos Hermens. Not even close to the first time.
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
