specific training period. 3 sets of 3x150m /30s rest at a pace somewhere between 800m to 400m race pace, about 2:30min rest between sets.
at the end i have had the feeling that this workout is a good one for me but something should be optimized. i was pretty much done. i focused on the running style. the first two 150's of each set were always pretty good, the third 150m run felt always difficult, especially in the last set i had to push it really hard, though i was able to hit the target pace in every single run. comments please. i want to make this a meaningful session but also i don't want to destroy my form.
