LOL
No fitness lost.
At least you didn’t trip over your shoelaces and take a tumble.
Ideally you should be doing your weekly mileage in singles, but you're now clearly doubling. Why do two runs when you have the time and the fitness to do it all in one single run? Doubling like this will certainly hurt your endurance in the long term. You'll likely be outkicked in your next race as a result.
usually 6% loss
You lost 5-7 fitness, depending on your overall fitness starting point before the break.
This has happened to me numerous times.
10, 12 or even 15 miles into a run, I've been surprised to learn my shoelaces have come undone.
I go home devastated knowing all fitness has been lost.
You've begun to condition your body that it's OK to stop and take breaks.
You are now soft, probably lost 85% fitness.
I will blow by you next 5K when you stop to adjust your panties.

You have brought much dishonor and shame to your family.
An amount equal to the sun’s fitness.
That’s worse than a torn ACL.
You have it a good shot, man. Looks like it’s golf for you from now on.
You lost 4% as you were wearing the vaporfly, 8% if you tied both shoelaces.
