Appreciate not bashing me. If you wish to dig around I’m sure you can find similar posts by me saying that Mary Cain, Sarah Baxter and Claudia Lane were hurting themselves by pushing too hard early and that they wouldn’t have futures in running.
It’s cool how you have the inside story to know the exact cause for their improvement curves- you can really cut through all the factors and find that it supports your theory really well. Imagine what could have been if they had you as a coach. Too late now.
