at the end of the day, it's not the facts that count, its the officials verdict.
don't confuse official rulings with fact.
what officials say, no matter what. that is the law.

really, they should disqualify the field, for not running the full distance, and the guy that ran the full distance, disqualify him too, for not listening to the officials ruling about the bell at lab 6.
