How'd he do?
Funny enough, Jim Kerr ran 14:48 back in the 1980s.
I suspect his relative Josh is a bit faster.
Well he proved the haters wrong. 13:28 isn't bad for a "chunky miler". What is he, 22?
Kerr is uber good. He is going to be something special. Looks likely to smash his 1500 PR this year!!

Aneroxics go home DEVASTATED!!!
Guess he's more of a 1500/5k than an 800/1500 guy.
A good time to bring this thread back up.
He just took 2s off his 1500 PR with a 3:33 to win Brooks PR

You're talking about a guy who isn't even in the top 50 1500 meter runners in the world, no wonder I haven't heard of him until now...
Still think he’s not top 50?

3:35.00 gets you qualified, so Josh Kerr hasn't even qualified yet.
He did 3:35.xx at a college meet, he'll go sub 3:35 easily at Monaco. Probably be sub 3:33 by end of this year.
He's leapt from 2598 to 1266 all time in the 1500m. Since he won this race by 2 seconds, he should be able to run 3:31 at a Monaco like race where he can draft the whole way.
