The alter G also changes your gait slightly and leads to a lot of hip flexor and glute soreness because your hips aren't stable in the harness, so why the f*ck is he running at 99% bw? Literally would do more harm than good. Al Sal probably has some type of drugs or some sh!t being pumped through the anti-gravity chamber or something absurd.

It's to offset the extra weight Rupp put on during his recovery.
Rupp looks fit. I bet that extra rest served him well. Look forward to seeing him race again.

Your link about actovegin is the first I've ever seen (other than me) to discuss the absurdity of WADA's 50mL rule. It is a sure sign they don't know wtf they are doing.
Wait who wears shoes running in the pool? Wouldn't that just slow you down? I have done some water running - threw on some sort of floaty belt and that was that. This makes no sense unless it was a promo shot.
His form on the track looks hideous. So much movement. Plus then there's all the core workout stumbling.
But I give him some kudos. Whatever he's on or not takes a lot of patience and effort to come back from that surgery.
