That said, even if that happened, she was 19 when she first met him- and thus an adult.
Not only an adult. She's the freaking Princeton valedictorian.
Proof that she's emotionally stunted. What was your class ranking at graduation?

Good for her, and him.
She knows what she wants, and she got it.
They both know the risks, the biggest being that the guy will die probably when she's still in her 40's.
But they are both adults, they know what they did. Wish them luck.
My 2cents.
For sure. Good luck to a dirty old man and a young woman suffering from psychological problems.
Not as bad as psychological problems as the Kardashians...and Bishop
I generally find my students repulsive, but good for them. Who are we to judge?

A long tenured Princeton prof probably has made serious bank over the years. She'll grow her mind, inherit some big $$$, and still have a fresh vag for having a baby with hubby #2 in a few years.
Yup, I know a girl who was a beautiful 22 year old dating a super wealthy 65 year old. She enjoyed life with his yacht and dozens of custom Porsches. She eventually left him after 6 years (most likely was cheating on him the whole time) and married a guy her age and had a family. I'd do the same if I was female. Get a fat bankroll and abandon ship.
That's why my motto was never date after I'm 30 years old. If they don't want you when you are young and poor then they don't deserve you when you have it all. You can't trust women to not take all your money and leave. So, don't bother dating.
Gifted students often have tremendous admiration for their teachers, and place them on a pedestal. She was probably enamored with him. And well, you know what attracts him to her.
Another duped white girl. Thank you society!
I wonder if her senior thesis was as good as Michael Obama’s :
Good for them.
THe thing that's really weird about this is the over-sharing post she put on social media
Her parents must be so proud.
Haha! A septuagenarian is getting more action than Jamin and didn't have to order it from an Eastern bloc country!

Well, becoming Princeton valedictorian shows that she is wicked smart. When you dominate over every other English major at Princeton, you are incredibly smart, but note too that she would have had to take about 3/4 of her classes in other subjects, cover the distribution requirements, and get an overall GPA higher than anyone else in her class. But, you say, that doesn't mean that she has social or emotional intelligence, right? That's where the Rhodes Scholarship comes in. You don't get that just because of GPA and athletic achievements. You also have to pass the interview/cocktail party tests. Bill Clinton is just one example of the kind of speaker you have to be to get one.
Is that a backhanded way of calling her a perjurer?
By the way, Bill Clinton did not earn a degree from Oxford.
I stopped being interested when I saw she’s not hot.

I give it 2 years max. Shes soon off to England to study at Oxford and what are the odds shes banging some Brit twit her own age she met drinking in the college pub, while hubby is back in Joisey reading boring old books in the library.

Dude, who cares? For the old dude banging a young chick for a couple years is awesome and definitely way better than not banging. Also, he will always own her in a way her next husband will be super jealous of.

I get the sense she doesn't go to pubs, college or otherwise, and only drinks alone. And didn't she already do studies at Oxford, per her note about where and when her infatuation came to the fore?

Also true: many gifted students are neurotic weirdos, including this one.

This should confirm for everyone that most so called smart people are really crazy. The 1/2 plus 7 rule should be written into law. A 70 year old guy with a 19 year old girl is way more unethical than a 19 year old guy with a 17 year old girl yet only one situation is illegal.
But she was 24 when he was 70.
Went to Princeton...slim pickins for finding a real gem. Most woman are all about their next test or some stupid social cause instead of having a good time. Most are just social climbers looking for a future husband to take of them and play tennis while their hubby works at a hedge fund. I can't tell you how many of my friends spent 100k on tuition to not work.
I dated outside the school and was much more fun.
Once she goes out into real world, this is over. Princeton has this odd small school vibe and bubble mentality. It has one of the highest marriage rates for cases where both spouses went to Princeton.
Of course this douchebag couldn’t step off campus and score a 24 year old chick bc he doesn’t hold the power.
This is just like brad Hudson and that Allie chic- when you go to your local mid 20’s watering hole and a 50+ year old guy walks in they’re physically repulsed.
Now once you become a “mentor” and groom the idiot, I mean woman, then it’s Svengali Pygmalion kneel at thy crown time lol.
