Brooks Launch is exactly what you’re looking for. Just did 14 miles (5 @ threshold) and legs felt surprisingly intact the next day.

I agree - several of the runners in my group race in the 4% but use the Zoom Fly for tempo and track stuff.

I'll third that. I have done tempos in these, the streak 6, and the peg turbos. The peg turbos are my least favorite of the bunch if I'm trying to go fast but it's okay. The streak 6 feels light and nimble and I like them a lot, but the zoom fly feels so smooth and easy to run fast in.
