Last friday I ran 4:04 in a solo race and in the 400 I ran 52.7. Tomorrow I have another solo race and I really want to shoot for sub 4 but I won't have any competition. My 800 PR is 1:58.2 from two weeks ago (also in a solo race). I did a session on tuesday consisting of 2×4×300, 2 minute rest between reps and 6 minutes in the middle, I ended up averaging 43 per 300. I hate being that guy but do you think I can run under 4 minutes tomorrow in the 1500?
