It's just before the 10km timing strip and photographer. I stated looking there because I went down a rabbit hole of ID'ing the runner in orange. Once I had him worked out and compared their splits, they were only side by side at 10km.
It's clear FM knew exactly where he'd be photographed and jumped on the course shortly before every official photographer. He also got his chip, attached to him or someone else, across every other non-photographed timing strip at the exact right times to look like a steady, blazing run. The logistics are incredible.
His only mistake was to get the fields of view wrong for the 25km autocam and the 10km photographer. I don't believe the "emerging from the crowd" shots from 20km were official (though happy to be corrected), so he got very unlucky there as well.
