Jordan is now more "ripped" and lean than she's ever been. That's fine and maybe even good, as long as it doesn't mean she's on the verge of breaking down physically.

Sorry about your knee.
Just annoyed by that guy was who posted it's not a serious event. For face painters. He probably takes the event more seriously than most. I figured he DNS'd yesterday because he wasn't in good condition.

Umm......
You obviously don't know when people are trolling.
Actually, I do, which is why my reply was "Umm..." as in "Umm.....ever heard of Jordan Hasay?"

Gotcha. Pretty sure you can find face painting and tutus at any big road race!
The knee is already getting better. I started on crutches, but then was on the elliptical 10 days later. I'll test it out with a little jog in a couple of weeks and go from there.

I added a press release to the first post. How does that race get so many 'names' to show up? Look at the results.
Talk about the race on our world famous me
First time Portland Shamrock racer here this year. I was INCREDIBLY impressed with how well organized the race was. Different color bibs and mile markers on the roads for each race. More porta-potties than I could dream of, I never waited longer than 1 minute for one. Course very easily marked. I scoffed at the $50 entry fee that I had to pay, but it was quite well done and make a trip to Portland to do it again in future years.
Good grief!
She looks the same as she did last yr, maybe a little heavier. The only time she was too thin was the season Mary Cain was in Portland and she was trying to run a fast 10,000. She looked disgusting but is far from that today.
Shalane appears gaunt compared to Jordan most likely due to being taller and having less muscle mass. Jordan looks more like a 1500m runner.

What's it like to look in the mirror, stare at your reflection, and know that everyone else would be much better off were you to cease to exist?
Did she eat though? Did they treat her bulimia?
I've only ever heard of Jordan Hasay and Lauren Fleshman on that list. Who are the other "names"?
Andrew Lemoncello won the 5K and the 15K? not bad
Looks like she has new 5% on
Does Lauren Fleshman make money from Oiselle? Does she still coach? If she devoted more time could she be a decent Masters 'Thoner? 1:21 for a half-thon is a decent time if she just runs for fun these days.

I remember in the pre-pro and early-pro days, Running Times would have race results from all over the country- your local 10K would likely be in it, as well as world class races.
"Low key" races in Eugene and Portland were always loaded.
She should have tried to win the overall.
If you find yourself in a slow women's race, go up with the men. If she wants to run faster she should have raced it at 48 minutes.
She could still have gone for her training run after

That was not the point. She has nothing to prove by beating her legs up more just to pass a bunch of guys who do not affect her in any way. Plus her "training run" after was something like an 8-mile tempo.

According to her IG she "continued on for her last hard 24 mile long run before Boston." This 15K was likely a warm up for a hard 15 miles after......

Actually no. In the pre/early pro days the Oregon road racing scene was weak. Very very weak.

I think she owns stake in the company and coaches an elite team sponsored by Oiselle. In Jesse Thomas's post he said she hadn't run more than 8 miles in 6 weeks or so prior to the race and was averaging like 20 miles/week, so it's not like she was training specifically for this... I think she could still put up some solid times if trained.
Sorry, not sorry! You troll every post on Hadsy with ED BS. STFU and worry about yourself. I’m no Al Sal fan but the woman is always positive, trains hard and is successful!

15k Women
1. Jordan Hasay, Portland, OR, 27, 51:31
We all know that I Jordan was just there to win her weight in beer. Party at Jordan's house!
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
