I can run all day, I can bike all day, I have a good strength to weight ratio and would say I am in all round good shape but holy hell do I suck at swimming. I’m sure it is a biomechanical prpbelm put I cannot seem to channel any power into my swimming stroke, plus like I’ve pointed out I can run,lift, uphill bike, and in general exercise all day without much on an issue but when it comes to swimming... damn... I was pretty fatigued after swimming 100m ?
Anyone else?
