This just goes to show you that you CAN NOT be a professional 400 meter dash runner and weigh anywhere close to 200 pounds at only 6'0 tall.

Go ahead and try to beat me though in it. I'm sure you will have fun training for it. Like I said before the only people in the world that will be able to compete with me in this are going to have to diet down from 235 to around 210 because within the training itself you're going to lose 20 pounds or more just to get your time down that low.
