The only impetus for their development in many cases is profit, because the makers patent the chemical and have a pure monopoly on it. One thing that others will not tell you, and no doctors in the USA will tell you, is about good old Primobolan. If I were faced with your situation, I would just use that. It is actually one of best, if not the best drug for increasing bone density in a healthy way. HGH or MK677 also works, but that's gonna have way more side effects and be more expensive. And the Primobolan will increase your red blood cell count and help you retain lean muscle mass. What's not to like?
