Sweat Elite lying about Jakob Ingebrigtsens training, Jakob calls them out

Reminds me, I seen a sweat elite training post of Kenenisa Bekele long run of 3 hours in the woods at a 5:50 mile pace. Someone replied with something along the lines of, I went to Ethiopia and asked him about it and they laugh saying when Kenenisa Bekele focus on the 10000m he would do 20 kilometer (if memory serves me correctly the dude said like 3:30 kilometer pace) at a pretty good clip with a 25 kilometer run every other week at a 4 minute kilometer pace.

Sweat elite just copies and pastes made up workouts they find on the internet. They're notorious for that. Their exposé in Kipchoge was great, however. Cool insight to an elite world most people will neither see nor appreciate.

Lol, remember when they had inside information on Bekele's training and predicted a 2:02:40 at Amsterdam. Why would anyone take them seriously?

It's easy to answer. They have found a very dishonest way of making money!!! They should have been sued several times!
