Only $18,303,818 of $1.0B goal, so far.
I hope the Mexican's start paying their part soon.

% Decrease = Amount of Decrease ÷ Original Number × 100
% Decrease = 300,000 ÷ 2,300,000 × 100
% Decrease = 13.04%
2,000,000 is 87% of 2,300,000, but this is not the percent of change

What happens to all that money when this fails to get even remotely close to the goal? I heard those that donated will get their money back -3%. Why do Trumpers / conservatives think they are good with money? That has to be one of the worst investments I’ve heard of recently.
Probably shouldn’t be surprised given the lack of common sense and critical thinking constantly on display by Trump & his supporters. It is, after all, very obvious that it takes a special kind of stupid to believe that tax cuts “pay for themselves”, that tax cuts + increased defense / infrastructure/ border security spending is a sound government fiscal policy, that building a multi-billion dollar wall for “national security reasons” makes sense.

How about this... they were collecting 2.3 mil per day but now it's 300k... that's 87% less per day.
would that be correct, teach?
People who support Trump and the wall have only put in $18 million of the $1 billion goal. Which amount won’t even come close to building the wall or thereafter maintaining it. Clearly Trump supporters don’t want the wall, or at least are unwilling to actually pay for a wall. Not even 2% of the billion has been raised. Forget the actual cost. Trump supporters obviously don’t really want a wall or they would have raised a lot more.
It seems that GoFundMe has removed Brian Kolfage's fundraising effort from the front page where other "top fundraisers" are on display. I had to do a specific search to find it.
Anyone else notice that?

The mean donation is just over $60 (approx. $18m from approx. 300,000 donations). So the donations are a decent amount, but fewer than 1 in 200 Trump voters are donating.

Also I noticed this:
" DO NOT MAKE DONATIONS IN CELEB/POLITICIAN NAMES - They will be refunded according to GFM"
So celebs and politicians are effectively not allowed to donate? Outrageous!

300k (even rounded) wasn’t the “amount of decrease”, dummy. It was the new amount. The 2,000,000 would be the amount of decrease in your example.

Cool.
That should be enough to stretch 18 million shower curtains along the border.

.....But you'll need the Mexican government to supply the labor for hanging the shower curtains.
Ah, yes, the spirit of compromise.

But Trump says USMCA trade deal is paying for it!
Republican Texan ranchers will not allow a border wall. They are not moving. Republican Texan ranchers will not take a check for an acre or two of their private property real estate for a border wall. Move on Republicans to another issue.

No, the government can take the land without an agreed upon compensation. The landowner can contest the amount, but the land will be taken immediately.

President Eisenhower initiated U.S. interstate highway plan in 1950's. Due to legal fights there were sections of interstate highway which were completed only in last twenty to thirty years. Eisenhower did not live to see interstate highway system completed. Trump will not see a wall built. It will not happen. You think it's as simple as Trump standing there and screaming eminent domain. No.

If what you're saying is true, it would be impossible for government projects such as roads and airports to occur. Check out #3 in the process section:
