Is this the Mo that won the Olympics over G Rupp? I always get all those Mo runners confused.

You do realize he probably didn't actually beat Mo? Just like half the people on this forum claim to have run under 13:30? Come on, man. Be better than this. You're the nutjob if you believe everything you read on this forum from anonymous people.
FYI, the first poster wasn't Mo.
Its the real Mo :D
I dont mind the negative comments... I have tough skin... My mind is strong, its built with concrete and steal... No one will be able to break me... I am very very tough and if I decide to come back to run I will come back stronger and finish some unfinished business... I am thankful for what happened to me back in 2014. If it wasn't for that ban I wouldn't have been where I am now. Its a funny story, stupid but very funny... I will come with a press release detailing everything that happened. Of course I take full responsibility for my actions... I actually stopped running fall of 2013 due to a torn hamstring injury, opened a running store but someone from Colorado asked me to come back to run and train in Colorado... 2 months later I finished 3rd in the US champs after 4 months off...
I still have the injury and I run just for fun... Im really not motivated to come back but sometimes I do miss the adrenaline of the competition. I made this post to connect with the website that helped me become a good HS runner. I used to log on to Letsrun everyday when I was in HS to read training articles and posts.
People who know Mo very well... They know Mo the generous, the giver, the kind Mo but for some, they only know Mo from 2006-2009 when I was broke and lost... Mo made plenty of mistakes and learned from them... I feel bad for those who never had a chance to make my mistakes and grow to be the person I am today. I know the running business very well and dealt with many and unfortunately its a big mess. People will smile/hug you when you win and when you lose they dont know you anymore.
I developed a Personal Training business from scratch not by cheating anyone or lying to anyone. I developed my business by delivering results and give high quality service. I own the number 1 Personal Training business in Morocco. A successful entrepreneur, business man and a leader. I am giving opportunities to athletes to become PTs and work for Mo Fit.
Mo,
If you are such a generous giving person, are you going to admit to taking PED's for the entirety of your professional career, or just stick to the story that you had EPO in your possession but never took it? If you are so giving, are you going to give back the money that you earned from all of those years of cheating?
I remember having a conversation with you at a race in 2009 or 2010. You were upset because when you told the elite athlete coordinator that you wanted to compete in the race, he told you that there would be drug testing at the race. You spoke about which races have drug testing like you had studied it. I competed in a lot of races over the years. I never concerned myself with which races drug test, because I didn't care if I was going to be tested. If you never doped, why would you care so much?
In that same conversation you spoke about how you had consulted with Ridouane Harouffi on your training. Did he also consult with you on where to get your EPO?
Also, congrats on that 3rd place finish in the U.S. Championships while doping. Way to go!
No. Running is so full of drug cheats we don’t need another one coming back.

Everyone deserves a second chance.
What's it like living on food stamps? You really want that prize money back pretty badly. My cousin competes for one of the post collegiate teams, and he told me on a run recently just how bad it is financially as a post collegiate. After the run I almost felt depressed for him, except for the fact that he derives fulfillment from achieving improvement and being the best he can be.
Unlike you, he does not waste unnecessary energy on being bitter towards people doping, but focuses on improving himself. Maybe you should try that?
Merry Christmas!
Glad to hear what people think of me on Letsrun. Its easy to type on message boards... I wish they could be more honest in person. I will not reply to some comments. I will make an official presse release on everything that happened. I am at peace and in a good position to talk. I will tell the full story...
I am going back to compete. I have a reason to come back to run... I will run for my health, family and friends, for my clients, to prove my god given talent, make my HS coaches proud, make my family proud, be a good role model for my son, finish some unfinished business, enjoy competing at high level and travel the world :D
BTW I am used to the hate & discrimination... The hate didn't come when I started running, the hate came even when I was a poor, shy kid, muslim, brown, mohamed name etc.. I was told everyday to go back to your country, called a terrorist, I was bullied at school, not many liked me... After some success people started to get close to me... The real friends stuck by my side through hard times... I might not be liked by many but I have quality people in my life that I see everyday in real life, real friends, we play tennis, ping pong, pool, we laugh, socialize etc...
I am in a better position now to have more fun with running. I dont need sponsors, I dont need prize money... I am in a F U position...
I wish everyone great luck this season... Merry Christmas
Peace and Love from Morocco

“it’s built with concrete and steal”
Boy, you got that right. DRUG CHEAT.
No should totally return to competing once he’s reinstated - since he can only be reinstated if he pays back forfeited winnings. By paying that back he’ll be showing that he’s contrite and serious about competing clean and that will be awesome.
Yes! Please come back! It's good for business.
Mo, I don't believe in doping. I think it has minimal effects, and I believe in your god-given talents.
My wife and girl are going to visit Morocco, as my Ancestry DNA says I have a percentage from the area. We will only have a couple of days there, but where should we go if we are first-timers? Casblanca? Marrakesh? Fes? Rabat? I am very interested in this country.
Hope all is well. Keep being you.
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL. Honestly one of the best Freudian slips a person could ever make. Thanks Mo! super classic. Good eye "Barabbas," that was a real gem. As another poster mentioned, Mo, technically you can't/shouldn't be running for the US (or in US championship races of any sort) until the terms of your sanction have been fulfilled. Those terms ALWAYS include verbiage about "forfeiture of any points, prizes, and medals" for the stated time duration. That word prizes refers to prize money. The word forfeiture means you must pay it back. Feel free to post some proof that you've done so and I will consider changing my mind about you. I'm honestly open to it, if you can show me that you've complied with the black and white terms of your sanction.

I highly recommend sticking around Marrakech. There’s so much to see and do in that area. It’s my get away when I want to relax. I don’t advise you to do much of Casablanca. Maybe few hours.
Few days aren’t enough to go from Kech to Fez. I recommend to focus on one area.
Good luck. Have a great trip!
Hi Mo, don't listen to the naysayers. Can you give me some training advice, what was your mileage like in your prime and thank you.
You've got some serious arrogance coming on here preaching about negativity when you look at what you done. You are not wanted in the sport, you done irreparable damage to the name of the sport and to other athletes who competed clean. You are a liar and a cheat and should have no place competing or coaching kids. You lied about your whereabouts to the testers, you lied about not using EPO and you lied to everyone in the sport and you have the nerve to come on here and preach from your high horse to fellow competitors and fans of the sport about moral integrity just like you did 4 years ago by saying that questions about your doping were insulting.
You are a drug trafficker, a drug cheat and liar. And MoPo, you do owe people something, you owe everyone you competed with an apology, you owe them money, you owe them National titles and you owe the sport you say you love but defrauded and caused irreparable damage to the benefit ofnit having another drug cheat returning and causing more damage again at every race you run.
For your beautifully put F U mentality, you obviously have not changed so F U MoPo, F U!
Everyone knew Mo was dirty. I hope you own up to the cheating and making the decision to cheat. It's time to be honest with yourself and grow up!
Happy running

He ran 90mpw with lots of EPO. For some reason he started winning :)
