    Not entirely true. I started one and know for a fact that I'm not a Citius Mag staffer who's embedded in Tinman, or, in fact, in any way related to Tinman or any Tinman-coached runner. Can't speak for any of the other threads though.

    So how did he get his form so much smoother?

    Drills?

    Hills?

    Lifting?

    He’s been doing all of this for years and his form has always been trash.

    If he had form like Centro or Rudisha he’d be sub-3:30

    Hoping it's from conscious work with drills, hills, and lifting. I'm a little dubious though. I think it's more likely that it was a short video from the side that didn't reveal his raggedness.

    Drew is looking better than he did in HS based on the short clip in the original post, but something is up with his arms. He's either hunching his shoulders or has too much tension in his biceps and forearms. It feels a little uncomfortable in that area while watching him. It's got a post-HS Mary Cain robot vibe to it. He's thinking too much.
