Thanks everyone!
WH, we have similar sizes for almost the same shoes. I wear a 9.5 in the Kinvara, so I guess I should get a 9.5 in the VF FK (since I have flatter feet..) but a 10 in the Pegasus 34...

After re reading comments maybe I need 9s...
J - traveling for work when it helps your overall career can be a beneficial thing to the family long term. Luckily we live in a day in time where communication is so quick and easy.. so even if you are in Bum F*ck Arkansas you can see the wife and baby and they can see you, Hang in there brother

This is why you feed the cats after you get back from your run. On the weekend I get woken up at 7 instead of 5:30.
Daylight savings time is a struggle though. "Why is human not up yet?"
This is why you get a dog instead.
To get the most of out of pet ownership you need to mix it up. Yes dogs are friendly, but that’s all you ever get with a dog. It’s the same thing, day in and day out. You can get a long with with just owning a dog, but you will never reach your full potential. To do that, you also need to experience the coldness of cats, the frequency of rabbits reproducing, and the sorrow of flushing a goldfish down the toilet. If you’re really well rounded like smoove you can even find ways to have fun with gerbals and goats.
All of my trainers are 12 .5, but my Adios racing flats are 12.0, so I got the VF in 12.0 hoping for a snug fit - that's how I like my flats. They fit like a roomier 12.5 than a snug 12. Big toe box too. If you saw pictures from my marathon, you can tell that when I tie them, I have to pull them so tight that the upper actually started creasing on to itself. No blistering or discomfort at all though. But if I were to buy them again, I'd go 11.5.
VF Flyknit - 10.5
Kinvara - 10.5
The main thing to note is that the VF Flyknit is rather narrow through the arch. You might find that your arch hangs over the sole of the shoe which may be uncomfortable. That is why I removed the original sock liners and replaced them with the sock liners from a pair of retired Kinvaras to soften the transition at the arch.

This. I took this advice and put a Mizunos sock liner in the vaporflys. It really widened out the middle and much more comfy. Have yet to run in them like this but initial impression is much improved fit.

Jewbacca - Those are great old photos and I knew that Spokane has had a great history with running and XC. Agree, that would have been a better venue for runners. Also, my son went to WWU. We visited campus with his brother and a couple teammates, I liked Pee Wee's approach and philosophy. My son didn't run in college but cycled instead. Nice school.
I loved my time at WWU. Pee Wee is a great man. How long ago was your son there?
Just to make all the shoe guys on here jealous, picked up a pair of Zoom Flys for $31.50 at the local Nike Outlet today. Was holding out on these but couldn't pass up on a deal like that.
Just thought I would drop in and say...OR FTW! Ran race number two of our Winter Series today. My time was pretty slow (18:06), but the conditions were decidely bad. Pouring rain on a cold morning on mostly dirt/gravel roads and a hilly course. Puddles and mud everywhere. Caught up to the lead group of three h.s. kids at about 1.0 and then dropped them on an incline at about 1.3. Paced myself the rest of the way. A slight negative split. Second place finished :13 back of me, and he beat me by a few seconds in the 5k two weeks ago (a kid that my boss coaches). My feet were like wet blocks of ice, but it was a fun race. Driving there, I was thinking it might be a good day for me (hills, rain, etc., ), and I am glad it turned out well.

RGM - Bintang... Did you mention going to Bali? I've been to Indonesia twice for work back in the 90's. I ended up in Jakarta and Medan, but would have really liked to have been sent to Bali. Hope you had a good time.
SI - I was in Bali the last 2 1/2 weeks. Great little island. Stunning beauty, sometimes extreme poverty, and the nicest people, sometimes all three at once. My first time to Southeast Asia. Not my last.
Nice win, OR! Sounds like your kinda conditions. Way to show those HS kids how to race!
