Yet Kara was there for 7 years and never got offered anything other than a bottle of cytomel🤔
Something stinks about this story. -
What has Ritz said about Rupp?
-
These two bitter losers just cry and whine.
They each suddenly lost a step once they left Nike. Are we really supposed to believe the Kara and Adam had the balls to stand up to Nike and Salabar? -
What a sore loser. She doesn't have what it takes to be a winner.
-
I wish British athletes were so outspoken about Farah's incredible transformation as some US athletes are about Rupp and Saladbar.

This is a myth, look at his 5000m PR. Did not improve at all under Salazar. His 1500m pr only improved slightly. -

Someone didn't listen to the podcast clip... -
It was Adam who ripped Salazar and basically said Rupp wasn't up to being the runner he is now until....
Farah has Jama Aden and Salazar in his history and as a senior athlete wasn't even close to being a top European. Remember him collapsing at Euro Cross in Dublin back 2009/10 or so? -
Adam Goucher reminds me a lot of Armstrong, for some reason- kind of that bully and overly aggressive mentality. Not saying that's good or bad- just see some similarities.

I see several orders of magnitude of difference between the two. -

Adam will remain mad at Al and others because he did not get where he wanted to be as an athlete.
He got dropped from Nike along with Kara, a bitter pill to swallow. His accusations to date have proved to be baseless and a feeble attempt to get another minute of fame.
You would think he would move on, he cannot, his life is based on the past.
Rupp has far exceeded Adam as an athlete in every aspect which makes him crazy. -
Salazar is BEYOND REPROACH. End of thread.

i wonder if adam was used as a guinea pig on workouts and PEDs to dial down the procedure for prodigy ruppy poop. i can see how this would make one pretty sour and bitter.
yes your getting dope but trying to fine tune it on another athlete would be sh*tty, and workouts too
"hmmm well adam did ok but then got injured doing the second part of the workout, better not make my adopted son ruppy poop do that workout now"
im pretty sure after adam, everyone else who has gone to al sal was there to be a "tackling dummy" for rupp. adam was mostly a guinea pig, whereas webb, ritz, levins, etc were all there to be training buddies for ruppy poop....pretty sure they never got individualized workouts, instead it was "rupp is running 5x1000m at 2:25, and you guys are pacing him" or something like that -
thanks for the laugh, that was a good one
-
Interesting he did not put Mary Decker-Tabb-Slaney on Mt. Rushmore of Colorado running, Kind of like when UCLA Coach Jim Bush told Steve Scott he was not good enough to run for UCLA.
-
Salazar and Rupp each have a number of performances that individually eclipse the entire combined careers of the Goucher.
When you plod with the Buffaloes, take care you don’t get crapped on by the Ducks. -
Goucher's mental issues were well documented in RWTB. Why are we listening to the opinion of someone who is known to struggle with sanity?

He has always come across as somehwhat of a manic depressive. You can hear it in his voice when talking about only being able to run 25-30 miles a week. -

A quick and simple internet search reveals that your statement is false. On 22 July 2011, at a Diamond League meeting in Monaco, Farah set a new British national record in the 5000 m with a time of 12:53.1. His 5000 meters personal best before that was on 19 August 2010, at a Diamond League meeting in Zürich, Farah ran 5000 m in 12:57.94, breaking David Moorcroft's long-standing British record and becoming the first ever British athlete to run under 13 minutes.
