That's a very elite class that I'm in. I'm very proud of that. That is .000125% of humanity.

Congrats, I am 6-4 so I am elite in height, apart from the Masai and basketballers??

Most of that 8 billion have no desire nor need to run a 4:30 mile recreation. Elite would indicate that many of them have tried and failed and you have elite ability. Fact is, a large percentage could but don’t.
You’re in a self-curated class of people that works out to be 0.000125% or all humanity. Not an elite class.
Have run
do you have evidence of your 4:30 mile? of a 4:40 mile?

Brojos were vigilant last year or 2016 when a legit 3:45 Marathoner claimed to be a 3:15 Marathoner. When are Brojos going to put a stop to this nonsense from so-called 430miler? Earlier this week, so-called 430miler claimed he sprinted 22.xx 200m at age 34. I am certain 430miler is insane.

I'll still be running 24.xx at age 50. Mainly because I have more passion for running than you and all others younger than me.

All talk, no proof.
You voting for Beto?
Beto is against guns and Indian mascots.
This is why I hate Democrats.
Will not be voting for him.
Although Cruz does get on my nerves with his christian platform. Cruz and Huckabee are the only politicians that truly have a christian platform.
More than 7-1/2 billion people don't run the silly mile distance. They run metric distances.

Truth!
Americans find even know what a meter is. They only know what a yard is because of football.
If you even mention meters, Americans look at you like you are a stupid foreigner from a communist country who hates American ways

What type of maths is this?????
1 million / 8 billion = 0.000125 which as a percentage = 0.0125%
I googled you. A 4:52 comes up. Better put up a link.

It's still a remarkable feat that does differentiate you from the mass.
You could say 'a large percentage could do such and such if they dedicated themselves' to just about anything in life except making money and banging hot babes. A large percentage of males could develop 20 inch biceps if they spent hours in the gym every day, took steroids etc, but any guy walking around with 20 inch guns is a 'freak' whose going to get noticed everywhere he goes.
Running is one of the most basic and natural things there is. In fact, the ability to run a mile at good speed is considered to be one of the things that set us apart from other animals on the African plain and allowed us to thrive as hunters and develop our intelligence and culture, despite being on the face of it pretty low down the food chain as far as predators go (no claws, no great physical strength or power, no sharp teeth or a powerful bite, easily cut skin and exposed belly, not even any fur).
No animal can get from a to b on their legs as fast as a fit human can. Lots of animals can run faster than Usain Bolt over short distances, a camel or a donkey could probably outpace an ultra-marathoner over the course of a few days, but over a mile - no beast on Earth can match a 4:30 miler. To be in the top 0.0001% of the activity that made humans great, is something.
BTW., didn't 'the430miler' boast about taking peds the other day?
I take hardcore anabolic supplements.
Great post, but you omitted the gazelle. The gazelle is faster than humans at 1 mile all the way to marathon. Probably 800 too.

While not even a racehorse can run a 4:30 mile, it is false that a human is low down the food chain. Humans had weapons before they were even humans - our ape ancestors invented spears millions of years ago and evolved bipedalism and power-gripping hands expressly for the purpose of using them. By the time we could throw them accurately it was game over.
Also having no fur allows the ultra dudes to run animals down that can't sweat.

wtf are you guys talking about? I'd assume trolling 4:30 miler, but then again I've seen your previous posts so it could just be that once again you jutst don't have any idea what you are talking about and aren't going to let facts get in the way of a bad idea.

I can tell both Coevett and Bad Wigins are confident men at cocktail parties. Stick out one's chin, stick out one's chest, lower one's voice octave and everyone believes you.
Kentucky Derby Horse Race Track is 1 1/4 miles. 1973 Secretariat set current track record: 1:59 2/5. 2018, Justify won Kentucky Derby 1 1/4 mile race in 2:04.20. One mile is 80% of 1 1/4 mile. In general thoroughbred race horses race the first half faster than the second half. We can state with confidence, Secretariat must have passed one mile in roughly 95 seconds in 1973 Kentucky Derby. Justify must have passed one mile in roughly 99 seconds in 2018 Kentucky Derby. Thorough bred race horses are more than twice as fast as humans over one mile. Humans need a distance far longer than one mile to outrun a horse.
