Wow, thanks for the props man. I'd vote for myself for asking for the most information, but not about giving it. Perhaps it is just the threads I start which offer the info?

Gonna have to disagree with the Portland Runner one though. His wise cracks I love, and he is VERY good at those, but he's not really a giver of running information. I'm not saying he couldn't be - actually I have no idea what kind of runner he is or was. He's kind of the Hawkeye Pearce of Letsrun.com (sorry you younger people if that's a reference you don't get).
