And you doubted this man?
Controlled that race like a master. We all know how this man races, and it was classic Mo....
I have never seen a runner just control things from all positions!

I think it was less people doubting him and more about people hoping against him.
He’s insufferable.

He’s the Chicago Marathon 2018 Champion. Get on your knees and greet Mohammed the way you know you should...
Ha ha - anyone who watched The Great North Run a few weeks ago would have known that was coming.
He blew them ALL AWAY over that closing 2/3 miles. Incredible to watch such domination...
A lovely touch by Sir Mo though to hang around at the finish line and wait for Rupp to (finally) come home and make sure he was ok. A class act.
G.O.A.T.

With a history that is significantly questionable. Gross. How can someone be a true athletics fan that loves the sport and support this athlete at the same time? That would be entirely nonsensical. Wonder if Uncle Jama texted him well wishes?

Mo really looked in control of the race. I was surprised how many times he kept looking over his shoulder to see what Bayih was doing. Finally, with about 800m, I guess Mo said to himself I think I'll go win this race now. He took off and there was no response from Bayih.
Rupp did run a good time but finished 5th. I didn't really think that Rupp would run that fast but he did. Kudos to him.

Mo always looks over his shoulder. That is nothing new. He just makes sure his is in position to counter every move when he is in the front.
I have never seen Mo race where he didn't look over his shoulder.
Kipchoge - Marathon GOAT
Bekele - Runner GOAT
Sir Mo - Racer GOAT

That's true, he is from Somalia but has emigrated to Great Britain and now holds citizenship there. Therefore it is a victory for Great Britain as well as his birth country of Somalia.

I was watching the Chicago Marathon on a live streaming feed and it was like every five seconds he kept looking over. Kind of excessive. Mo looked better once he took off and broke him.

Pretty desperate when you have to claim that as a GB victory, lol.
It's a Somalian victory.

Kind of like when the USA claims the victories of Eritrean born Mebrahtom "Meb" Keflezighi when he won Silver in the 2004 Olympic Games, right? Couple that with Meb's 2009 NYC victory and 2014 Boston victory, along with other achievements.
Pretty desperate when the USA has to claim that as a USA victory, lol.
