I would really appreciate a copy of that excel doc you have Han Solo to Shea3foster@gmail.com
Don’t let the troll get to you, Han. We are all very appreciative. When you finish the new ones are you going to post them here or on a new thread. I just want to make sure I don’t miss them lol.
Quit requesting emails guys. He is not emailing the info. He is going to post it in one place that we can all access it when he is able. Like the google docs that he and Working Stiff posted previously.
What’s going on with this?? Will it be uploaded before this site folks?
I will post a new thread and also in this one.
Truly very sorry for the delay, I have been busy and then lazy in my free time.
I’m trying to make something that’s really comprehensive and while I could post some things, I want to wait until I have more.
Dude at no point did I request an email. I know he’s posting it and not emailing people. Kind of why I asked if this was going to be where he posted it or a different thread....

I was not posting to you. I just happened to hit the reply on your post. I was replying to all the other people that keep requesting emails when he has said several times in the thread that he is going to post the info in one location for everyone to access.
Reading back through the training here I had one small question for anyone that might have figured this out. The 20 second hill sprints vs the treadmill hills. Other than the obvious that the hill sprints seem to be done outside and the treadmill hills are on the treadmill is there any difference here or any reasoning to one vs the other? Are the treadmill hills possibly preferred to them because they can handpick their gradient and stuff?

I have heard Smith tip-toe around the reasoning for this but haven't heard him explain exactly why in detail. Please correct me if I am wrong. I think the 20s hills are done over the summer which would mean the athletes may not have access to treadmills.
They do the 15s hills on the treadmill (with 90ish second rest?) for running economy. They aren't the traditional 8-10 second hills done at near max speed that Canova and many other have posted about. They're done at good clip but nothing crazy. Does anybody know the incline/speed?
Yes I have it written down but not on me right this second but it’s around 15 percent. And he’s the 20 second hill sprints are done during the summer and the 15 percent treadmill hills are done during the season when they are back on campus. I believe those are 20 seconds as well with 90 seconds In between. Don’t quote me on that though
Do you know how many reps they do have the treadmill hills that they do and at what speeds? I believe they only do them at like 12 mph but not positive. I thought they were still 15 seconds and only do them once a week, on Thursdays before the Friday workout. Could be wrong on that as well.
I believe they do 15 seconds on 15 percent at 10-11 mph. But I think they stop doing them in the middle of September which is interesting

Fortunately my job is still keeping me busy (perhaps busier than ever), but I should be able to soon. I need to clean up and organize most of them as they’re sort of laid out in a way that wouldn’t make sense.
Thanks for the reminder, I will work on it
Han Solo, what is up with this man? We have been anticipating this for a long time. I don't mean to sound ungrateful but you have been "cleaning up" for a month now. Do you need any help with gathering the info or posting it? It seems like we all have lots of free time nowadays.
Hey so sorry - this time I’ve just been lazy, using free time on other things. And then I wanted to wait until I had everything done, but I just didn’t get to some of it.
Bump this tomorrow night, I’ll throw what I have up on a free blog site or something and the continue to update it as I finish more.
Truly sorry! Seriously, bump it tomorrow afternoon or evening and I’ll post a link.
More interesting than Mike Smith's training would be figuring out who you are

Great news. Thanks Han!
