I'm sorry was it a trial? The OP brought up the presumption of innocence which is a tenant of our TRIAL system. So do use terms only when they help prove a point but ignore them when they don't. It's dishonest. (it's also especially insulting when only rich white people are given the presumption of innocence.)
Well it's clearly not a job interview and I stated its a process to see what kind of judge he would be. The process is testimoney, research on his past, research on his rulings, etc.
Kav simply failed to convince me, the democrats and most of America that he is up to the task. Fortunately for him, he did convince the 51 people he needed to.
He's in, I can only hope this experience can open his eyes to the experience of minorities in America. But who am I kidding, he will be the same entitled turd he has been his entire life.
