Do what I do:
Some CVS-brand sleeping pills - enough to make you drowsy and carbonated water or sparkling water.
Driving tired and drowsy produces the same effects as driving drunk. The first few days you’ll get cravings, and then weeks go by pretty quickly. And then maybe two days a week you’ll get strong cravings, but it’ll die eventually.
These sleeping pills are a temporary self-medication. I was never a full on alcoholic because I realized that if I did, I won’t accomplish any dream.
Sleeping pills and sparkling water - make it a habit and then you gotta wean yourself off those pills.
That’s life ?
You can tire yourself completely by probably running a 20 miler in a day. Then you go to bed and plop on the floor. That resets the pill addiction...

I could go for a little tokey right now but I don't know where to get any, only my ex-gf and I don't think I wanna unblock her after the crap she pulled.
