i am about 5'3.5" or 5'4". i am a 17 year old girl. i run cross-country and distance track at my high school. i have a small frame, and always have. i want to know how much i should weigh in order to run my fastest. i know that "lighter is faster" in most cases, and i also know that this is a somewhat controversial topic, especially for girls. please be honest people. don't just say "well, it depends..."
