My goodness he's thin. He really does look like "a skeleton with a condom pulled over your head" that Mark Wetmore talked about in Running With the Buffaloes.
I hope this doesn't lead to eating disorders. I know weight and running is difficult for many to deal with - even men at times.

If you don't want it to lead to eating disorders then don't automatically make the connection between getting good & weight. Improving race times has a lot more to do with it than being bone thin.

It's the lighting and someone is holding him up. I look like that to if someone held me up in the right lighting.

It’s not necessarily unhealthy at all. And Peter Snell didn’t look like that running 100 miles a week.

You can look at many of his other instagram posts and see that this one is an anomaly due to lighting and being held up. He's lean, but not skeletal...
