11 years ago today Alan Webb broke the American Mile record. We all know he did not have a consistent career, but you would think being an American record holder you would be pretty well off, no? I'm pretty sure some pro runners make just over six figures and some don't and some make upper-wards toward a million like centro.
I know instagram isnt a reliable source but after checking out his instagram it doesnt seem he's as well off as you would think an American Record holder for the most well known running event in the world.
Curious of what you guys think or say. Thought it would be an interesting thread.
