That's not bad for a high school guy.
But he's in his 20's, and shouldn't be entered in women's events.

For those of you with Gold, what do you listen to ? Gold or Olympic channel. Yes, everything about Gold (No commercials) is better than the Olympic channel except I don't get any Ato Boldon. PLus Olympic channel appears to be like 40 seconds delayed from Gold
But Ato really helps with sprint analysis.
Good summary. I strongly prefer Gold's overall presentation, but actually watch the Olympic channel because of Ato. I enjoy his commentary.

Right--But we "pay" for Ato because the OC has TONS of commercials. EX: They played five continuous minutes of commercials during the 5K from around 1:30 to 6:30 in the race. It was tough, waiting those last 2 1/2 minutes when you expected it to be back--at least they could provide a 30 second update then maybe go to the second 2 1/2 minutes of commercials---but no, we missed five straight minutes of a 13 minute race.
Awful.
I see that Lynsey Sharp used some radically different tactics the 800 to come in second to last place again.

Running out of excuses, I guess. She'll have to think outside the box for this one.
How about stop blaming women you idiots, and focus on the real threat to women's athletics.
Yomif Kejelcha (rightfully) disqualified, rule 125.5. (That seems to be the rule about showing an athlete a red card, not the actual infringement.)
